VR Equitypartner is one of the leading equity providers for SMEs in the DACH region. For decades, we have supported family-owned mid-sized businesses with commitment and deep expertise in succession solutions, growth capital, and shareholder transitions.
As a subsidiary of DZ Bank, the parent holding of the cooperative banking group, we are part of a large cooperative network. A spirit of partnership and sustainable corporate development are integral to who we are. An open approach, trust in each other’s strengths and competencies and a sense of responsibility are part of our corporate culture. We see ourselves as financiers of the Mittelstand and not as investment bankers.

No pressure to sell our holdings and a broad network of reliable financing partners: VR Equitypartner’s investments are funded entirely by DZ Bank AG and we are therefore not subject to the requirements of fund-based refinancing.
